windowns8.1邮政银行网上支付报错显示Error 404–Not Found的解决方法

tinkpad e420新装windows8.1后,支付宝支付选择中国邮政银行在线支付,却返回错误信息

10.4.5 404 Not Found

The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.

控制面板——时钟、语言和区域——语言——高级设置（页面左侧靠上），将页面拉倒最后，把“不允许网站访问我的语言列表。转而使用我的日期、时间和数字格式的语言”勾上(如下图)，重启浏览器，问题即完美解决。
